What you will be doing

You will take on the following responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute projects aimed at enhancing critical processes with a governance focus
  • Shape and implement compliance policies and procedures, ensuring timely updates and revisions, and actively evaluating and mitigating compliance risks
  • Take the lead in meticulously preparing for and successfully navigating through audits
  • Independently ensuring the upkeep of our quality and sustainability certifications, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and Ecovadis
  • Further development of our Knowledge Management system in Notion and orchestrating employee training programs vital for certifications
  • Serving as the crucial liaison between various departments, upper management, and regulatory bodies/auditors
This role is also available on a part-time basis, requiring a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week

What you bring to the role

  • You are currently studying or have already completed your education and gained your Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Practical experience in a start-up company or another high-paced environment in the area of Quality & Compliance
  • Working style characterised by structure and precision, reflecting your ability to work analytically and independently
  • Exceptional teamwork skills along with a remarkable talent for effective communication
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility in your tasks
  • Fluency in English and German
